It was nothing against you or Wattafan, I just completely put this as an afterthought in mind after all the other fantasy drafts I'm currently in.

I think it'll help if we start over, maybe, start the thing at a set time, probably better during the middle od the week and begin in the morning, with a 30 minute time limit for each pick.

This one is taking too long and has been a bit erratic.

Agreed. Let's set all the teams/GM's. Then set a time mid week and start over.

coachbadlee - We'll get one going just for the Texans picks too.

    Not bad... at all.

Quick question J.R. - Do you have the time/or inclination to run, and/or participate in our NFL draft?

Sure, I can maybe help run it if you get enough people to participate. Not sure if I'll actually choose a team yet.

Sorry, you may have mentioned it but how many rounds do you plan on doing?

That would be great J.R. and much appreciated.

I was thinking another thread, one team per GM to begin with, say 4-5 rounds....I'd imagine it will fill up, given time...with you starting it/fresh thread. If we're short, then we can always have a few fill in the gaps.

Good idea Wattafan, but this was rushed. We need to let the teams fill up, then let it unfold, while being tended to.

It really is a lot of fun and makes people put some thought into their picks.
I found that you learn a lot of stuff about other teams as well.
One thing I discovered is that KC released both of their great guards so their Oline will likely be unstable next season so Smith may have trouble remaining upright.
And if Jets can land a couple of quality receivers or TE's they could have an O next season and be a force to contend with.

Yeah, no doubt. This type of deal really sharpens your knowledge about the League...and it's a blast.

I'm glad to see you got in with the Bucs.

Again, great idea ...We had your back.
