I normally don't believe in anything like this, but this PDF report from the medical professional is crazy. The kids living there evidently got possessed. Some quotes:

Link to medical report from state of Indiana:
    http://tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/newsdesk/tmz_documents/0131-ghost-demon-report-tmz.pdf

    Full Story:
Who'd live in a house like this? TV ghost show presenter buys 'portal to hell' house possessed by demons for $35,000

The basement of this house has been described as a 'portal to hell' filled with demons who tormented and possessed a mother and her three young children.
During the ordeal back in 2012 the walls of the house allegedly bled clear oil which 'froze' the finger of a social worker who touched it, and ghostly voices were recorded when police went to investigate.

So it may be surprising to learn that the property in Gary, Indiana, has now been bought for $35,000. It will be less surprising to learn that the new owner is 'ghost hunter' Zak Bagans.

Bagans, who presents Ghost Adventures on the Travel Chanel, bought the house yesterday and says he has not decided exactly what to do with it, but added that it will probably involve research into the paranormal goings-on.
He told the Indy Star: 'It's not entertainment. I really do have a passion for this stuff and the research aspect of this stuff.'

The ordinary-looking property became world-famous five days ago after the case of Latoya Ammons, a previous owner, came to light.
In 2012 Ammos says that demons began to take over her house, that objects were thrown around, her children were possessed and that the whole family nearly lost their lives.

Social workers, psychiatrists, priests, police officers, doctors and nurses have all corroborated Ammons story, including one incident in which her son was taken to hospital where staff watched in horror as he climbed backwards up a wall before flipping over his mother's head.
Audio recordings taken by police as they went to investigate the paranormal activity also seem to back up the story, as a ghostly voice can be heard whispering 'hey' as the officers talk. Neither of the officers recall hearing the voice that day.

One man who did hear something, however, was Cary Indiana Police Captain Charles Austin, 62, who says after one trip to the property a growling voice came from his AM/FM radio saying 'you outta here' before it went back to static.

He was also there the day video footage was recorded of Ammos's mother giving a tour of the house. He entered a skeptic and left convinced that he had just witnessed a ‘portal to hell.’

Sounds like several movies I've seen.

Definitely skeptical, but it is interesting nonetheless.

Well, it has to be true, because why would a guy who has a ghost-hunting show want people to believe it if it were not true?

OK. So your stance is that this document is made up and none of this was actually witnessed by the medical professionals and social workers who viewed the children.

Fair enough. You may be right. Anyone else?

Interesting, I'll have to research and read more about it.

    From the Huffington Post:

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/01/28/latoya-ammons-demon-possession_n_4681127.html

Latoya Ammons, Indiana Mother, Claims Demon Possession, Authorities Corroborate

Demons, spirit possession, haunted houses...This isn't the typical purview of the Department of Child Services. But when Indiana mother Latoya Ammons reported that she and her three children had been possessed by demons, local authorities stepped in to investigate. What they found was actually quite surprising.

Over the course of investigations that included police questioning, hospital visits and psychiatric evaluations, several authorities confirmed there was something unusual about the Ammons' case.

"Twenty years, and I've never heard anything like that in my life. I was scared myself when I walked into the room."

These are the words of Dr. Geoffrey Onyeukwu, the family physician who evaluated Ammons and her three children. He spoke with the Indianapolis Star about his "bizarre" encounters with the Ammons.

The family came in complaining of 'demon possession,' which they said involved hearing voices, seeing wet footprints in their house where no one had walked and even levitation at one point.

Ammons consulted with local churches and clairvoyants, saying she had poured olive oil on her children's hands and feet at the recommendation of one church.

In most cases, a doctor would likely diagnose this as "hallucinations" and "delusions," and that's exactly what Onyeukwu did -- at first.

According to a Department of Child Services report, however, medical staff at the physician's office said they witnessed one of the children being lifted and thrown against the wall without anyone touching him.

The report also includes many accounts from both mother and children stating they had been attacked by ghosts and visited by spirits in the night. Ammons' two sons exhibited violent behavior, as well, that involved "growling," choking one another and head-butting their grandmother. The report noted that the boys had acted out violently in public, "but especially with the mother present."

Nonetheless, the case reached its tipping point when, according to hospital personnel that apparently witnessed the act, one of the sons "walked up the wall backwards" and "flipped over and landed on his feet." The children were thereafter removed from their mother's care.

The family eventually moved (and the children were returned to their mother), and the owner of the supposedly 'possessed' house reported no other tenants had complained. But police captain Charles Austin who visited the family during investigations told the Indianapolis Star the experience had converted him into "a believer" in ghosts and demons.

Interesting - A Catholic Priest did perform an exorcism - keep in mind that Priests are rarely allowed to do this and they have to have special permission AFTER an investigation is made.
Here is another account from the Indianapolis Newspaper that claims to have dozens of official documents:

Not saying the story isn't true, but I wonder if it's the same house that Scooby Doo and Shaggy keep coming across?

If its a hoax, its extremely elaborate with Real Doctors, Nurses, Policemen and Priests in on the joke.

Here's the video from the Indianapolis Newspaper.

I'm not saying it's a joke, but I am making a joke out of it. If it's real I feel sorry for all the people involved, if it's a hoax, I feel sorry for all the people who are buying into it. In reality, in this day and age, there is always someone trying to scam someone else out of a buck, just like that Bigfoot show on cable, they haven't produced one ounce of real evidence, yet they still keep coming up with new shows...
