    Apparently, the Rockets are just trying to copy the formula of a championship coach, Rick Carlisle, who's also trying to keep his young PG down and destroy his confidence.

    So far, Mike "old and not part of Dallas future" James played 18 minutes. Darren "young and has potential" Collison also played 18 minutes.

    Mike James even at his age is a vastly superior defender, which is why he is playing more minutes.

    Collison has been treated pretty badly. He hasn't been great but he should have never been projected to be such a significant contributor. Having Derek 'Money Stealing' Fisher and then Mike James played over you would be bad for your development as a young player.

    The greatest form of flattery is immitation. Rick Carlisle must be so flattered with Mcfail.

    I remember in one of the nuggets games he also tried to immitate George Karl in his substitution patterns.

    Honestly, I'm not all that impressed with Carlisle. I think Dirk and Chandler had way more to do with that title than him.

    It's the other way around. My IQ has dropped so much from spending time here these past few months, that I'm starting threads like these for amusement.

    Kind of sucks that the best Rockets season in 4 years coinciding with the worst GARM in perhaps ever.

    No starters played in the 4th quarter. It was a 40 point lead. Harden did not play in the 4th quarter. Is there a conspiracy to get Anderson in and keep Harden down. Parsons played in the 4th and took 1 shot, got his career high, and sat. Must be trying to keep Parsons down for Garcia.:rolleyes:

    Lin was killing Darren Collison. No way Carlisle could keep him in. He was trying to win the game for his team. Nothing wrong with that.
