Scary. Willis (Sears) Tower has a glass balcony on the 103rd floor. http://designcrave.com/2009-07-02/sears-tower-reveals-glass-balconies-on-103rd-floor/
This seems like it would be awesome. I'm enthralled by large heights, and I'm a little bit of an adrenaline junkie, so this looks like it would be right up my alley. I wouldn't mind hopping on board on of these.
The wifey and I went on a Hot Air Balloon ride in Napa valley a couple of years back. The ride and ascent were amazing, and so serene. The problem was that the balloon goes wherever the air goes, so finding somewhere to land is a nightmare as some people don't want the chase trucks to park on their property and load up the balloon as it deflates. We had to land 4 times.....the first 3, the pilot would jump out, ask if it was ok, and the owner of the property would say...NOPE....and back up we would go. It was fun, but next time, maybe over the desert. DD
