These things are the reason I no longer use the cellular phone.

Man. That's some bull****. Right on the heels of their 4G network going down like 80 times this month? Are you kidding?

Kind of like ticketmaster charging you money to not ship your tickets.

Thanks for the heads up! I just changed to autopay to avoid the rediculous $2 "convenience fee."

Time to change carriers. What is a good + cheap carrier?

T-Mobile isn't much better. Their own CEO is questioning the viability of staying in the States long-term, lol. It's pick your poison for providers.

    Lol, T-Mobile needs money.
To be honest, as much as I like Verizon (except this month with these outages), I think all carriers suck.

    I like H20 Wireless
It runs off the AT&T network, and you can just pop in a sim card for an unlocked phone

For those of you running iPhone on T-mobile (lol), you should look into this.

T-Mobile is desperate. So I'm taking advantage and signing up for their $30 unlimited data plan.

Nice. I also think that Walmart has the T-Mobile $30 plan as well?
The host of a cell phone podcast I listen to, was able to buy a cheap Walmart phone, take it's sim card out, and get it to work in an unlocked Galaxy Nexus.

Yep, that's the same plan. I ordered a $5 sim card from TMobile and gonna use it on my GSM Nexus.

In news of an opposite fashion:

HTC will unlock the bootloaders on all their phones in a few months.
