    i dont think he was taking a shot at houston. somebody said hes been tweeting about a storm is coming and i guess this just played right in. hes too dumb to realize how people would flip it

    He didn't mean anything by it. He saw a chance to make a stupid joke without realizing the magnitude of the problems down here.

    It was a stupid thing to do, he deleted it, and apologized, nothing else to see. Still don't think he is a very good QB, but this doesn't bother me.

    Something tells me he has an apology template tweet...just fill in the blanks with what he screwed up and who he's apologizing too.

    Come to think of it, a lot of athletes/celebs probably have one. Can't wait until someone sends out the wrong apology tweet template and totally misses why they're apologizing.
