    <<ROTTERDAM, June 7 (Reuters) - Swedish players will forego sex at Euro 2000 to conserve energy.

    The Swedes face three games in 10 days in group B and midfielder Fredrik Ljungberg believes self-control off the field will improve the team's performance on it.

    ``After having sex the night before I lose all feelings in my feet,'' Ljungberg was quoted as saying on the official Euro 2000 website. ``I'm totally empty. I can't control the ball anymore.''

    The solution, according to Ljungberg, lies in the bedroom.

    ``I watch erotic movies the night before. That doesn't affect my power.'' >>
