I guess they want him to have more than 27 games at High-A before sending him up. I don't expect him to stay there long assuming he doesn't struggle too bad.
Luis Valbuena opened up the scoring in the Astros/Hooks exhibition with an RBI double in the 1st. Colin Moran responded with an RBI single after Teoscar Hernandez got on with a 1-out infield single.
He's special. This reminds me of Carlos Hernandez' outing when the Astros played Round Rock (then AA) in their exhibition. The then Astros all walked away knowing they'd just faced a guy who could dominate the majors. Hopefully Correa's career is a tad more prolonged.

Astros probably wanted too much for San Diego's liking. Good job Lunhow, he was hesitantly still counting on the fact he'd come back.

I greatly prefer 6 man rotation to the tandem system. From the AAA roster, I'm guessing the guys will be Straily, White, Buchanan,Cruz, Shirley, Rodgers. Gonna be interesting watching Fontana this season. Most of the guys you face at AAA are MLB quailty pitchers, or very close to it, so you would expect his walk rate to start to fall off. He was able to maintain his stupid walk rate at AA. He still seems pegged as a utility guy, but a solid defensive 2B/SS that can maintain a 360+ OBP is gonna play everyday.
