    A Cows source says that this video is an urban myth. There is nothing on the radio talk shows about this other than the myth part. As you can see there's nothing on their page at the DMN:

    Where would this mysterious video have come from? Did he have a dispute in a public place where surveillance cameras would have caught the act? Was a random stranger filming him in secret?? This sounds really fishy, and blackmaily.

    But, if he committed a crime and there's victim involved, how come no one has come forward, no witnesses or police reports? Yet, I wonder if it is even a crime, if he did something that would be considered unsavory, but not really crime.

    True, BUT...

    If there's a videotape that means an outside party would likely have access to it and still could report it. It doesn't always have to be the victim. It's just that this particular case seems very fishy and almost libelously.
