Christian organization posts video in response to ISIS slaughter videos

I like it.

 

Our magic sky man is better than your magic sky man.

 

People say things here and elsewhere about what Christians think or do or say. And I find most of it unrelateable and a misidentification, though I'm certainly what they'd call a Christian, no matter how much baggage that word seems to come with now. It doesn't often reflect what I believe or what I think. So I stay away from those conversations, usually...because it's usually someone arguing with the person they think I am or things they think I believe because of a label.

This video nails it for me. The idea that no one is beyond redemption...that everyone is loved...that hate can only be met with love....that no one is better than anyone else, because we're all pretty dark...and that love is going to win. That's my "religion" shaped by Jesus Christ.

Don't try to frighten us with your sorcerer's ways. Your sad devotion to that ancient religion hasn't helped you conjure up the stolen data tapes or given you clarivoyance enough to find the rebels' hidden fortress.

All I know is hokey religions are no match for a good blaster at your side..
