Honestly the whole staff probably needs to go. It's naive to think the team only tuned out the head coach. If Bickerstaff was essentially our defensive coordinator, he spectacularly failed at that and didn't deserve a promotion. We need JVG or Thibs!

Bickerstaff is still moreyball...we need a system and a coach that knows x's and o's. Now i don't really know what bickerstaff is capable of so i'll watch but if i start seeing this heroball **** again im gonna lose my ****. That offense is like listening to babies cry for 2 and a half hours.
Yea I think we'll have to bring in a coach/staff from the outside to fully turn it around. I realize that doesn't happen instantaneously though. We'll see, hopefully he can connect with the players a bit and restore the defense.
I just don't think Bickerstaff is the the man. Defense has been the problem all along. How is he going to change that now???
