I am somewhat disappointed that Daneils has not been utilized more. We are winning so I can't really complain, but he should get a little bit of PT at least.

Daniels was 0-5 in garbage time. He's a project, not an answer.

That's what getting a high seed is all about. The spurs had a terrible record against good teams but beat everyone they were suppose to beat.

You have to play these guys eventually. Better for them to learn now than later.

That's what games like the home opener against Boston are for.

What would you suggest genius? Harden needed a rest and Howard was in foul trouble.

Only thing I want to see more of right now is more minutes for D-mo. Black is really not that great and D-mo needs more time because he has actually been good so far this year, just a bit inconsistent. Black is a pure hustle player who lacks the ability to protect the rim and he isn't that good of a finisher on offense.

It doesn't matter who the rockets play it is all about how the rockets play.

I mean no .... but OK ?? I know its only 2 game sample size so really the stats mean nothing yet, but he has a 98 defensive rating as opposed to blacks which is 104 ( lower is better ) . He , Jones, Howard , and Pap are the only people on the team below 100. Also black has an offensive rating of 68 ...which is pathetic.

D-mo sometimes looks a little clumsy, but he is actually a good defender. It is his offense that is inconsistent.

Not to crap on McHale but he went small with Papa because Jones forgot there was a game that day. Jones played like utter dog crap until the 4th Quarter.

Still waiting to see if he can get this team to be a top 10 defense, that will be the real test.

Doc Rivers sucked as a coach in the past. Just like anyone starting a new job it takes time for them to get better.

Why would recognizing a player is playing poorly and then changing your strategy something McHale should be crapped on for? That is exactly the type of adjustment a good coach makes.

McHale called some nice out of bounds plays out of timeouts in both games.

I would give two first rounders plus Harden just for someone to take him.
