First thing I noticed was that he's wearing a v-neck t-shirt to play basketball in. That is an odd choice.

He needs to hit up Harden for some fresh new Foot Locker gear.

Seemed he invested time in training and working on what needed to be improved for the upcoming season.
You can definately see these workouts were essential for him,I know this video is edited and tendentious so you can see all the baskets he made, but from what I've seen Casspi has improved his 3 point shots and also developed one foot step back jumper,I saw him performing it in our national basketball team.
Another thing I paid attention to is that Casspi has been working on his dribbling more in the offseason,it's a really weak spot in Casspi's skills set,but as an SF from the bench which naturally doesn't create his own shot it doesn't have to be very good,it seems pretty much mediocre now and that's OK.

Looks good in that video. I really do not know a lot about this dude so before I get excited about him draining shots in practice, my view on him will wait until he is in the game.

Reminds me of last year when Harden just arrived and there was a video of him shooting around and making a lot of shots. Everyone was buzzing about that.

Why is he training at an Ivy League school for hoops? Is he trying to become an academic or Wall Street trader? Train at Kentucky or something if you are serious about hoops.

that drill with him catching the tennis ball while dribbling seems like it would help him develop more muscle memory and rely less on thinking about the dribble.

Clearly, he's trying to make statement by draining jumpers in the house that Jeremy Lin built.

    Your move, Jeremy Lin.

That song being looped reminded me of some sort of Sade reject that made it on to late night SCinamax.

No way, man. Delfino is must better. Casspi looks like Jesus with his facial features and his beard-- which appeals to Jeremy Lin but not so much the ladies.

But he wasn't wearing a jersey.

A v-neck tee is like something you'd wear with jeans:

Sigh. Too bad the NBA doesn't have shirtless player games. Just paint the jersey number on their backs.

i think you just have a certain view of what a v neck should be used for because celebrities made it popular by using it as a dressy option. Sure, there are more expensive and formal options, but it is, and has always been, just a t shirt.
