Hell, I don't even need to read that. As if Ford and GM wouldn't be able to amortize and advertise those "savings" into their MSRP. Some people are so quick to attack institutions and allege some conspiracy to blame for them not getting what they want.

    Anti Tesla/Gov rant:
They are paying back the loan with government money. Every tesla sold gets a rebate to lower the price. Also there are extra rebates in California. Rebates for $100K luxury cars SMH.

Other car manufactures have to pay Tesla as well. Tesla can sell their ZEV Credits to other car manufactures. Each manufacture has to have a certain number that increases every year. Until this year, Tesla would have lost money every year without those credits. So even with a 10 thousand dollar cash rebate from your tax dollars for every vehicle sold, they still would have lost money.

So basically if you paid federal tax or bought a new car you put money in Tesla's pocket.

Also I think their cars just aren't that great. Style over function. Huge touchscreen is useless. If Honda thought there was a market for 100K dollar EVs they could do a much better job.

Oh, I missed this one. Just as good as DD's "I can see an Apollo moon lander through my friend Namedrop's telescope."
