Look up Asik's line tonight for New Orleans. We knew that's the production Asik would deliver, and all we got back was a first round pick?? I'd guess more first round picks are busts than actually make it in this league. Meanwhile, we have no rim protection for 25% of the game.

It's Davis' team. Asik would help him. That was crystal clear..... wait at least what happens to the pick we got.

Why should I look up his stat line? Just post it here.

I'm not surprised, but I'm also happy with what we have right now. Asik is a really really good player, and fits next to Anthony Davis way better than Dwight Howard.

I'm also happy for Asik. He deserves to play for a team which he contribute to as a starter. Unfortunately, Houston was not the place. That being said, we are better off with the team we have.

Now go look up the stat line for the opposing center. Its easy to find, just for the 23 in the rebound column.

Yeah we should have kept the guy who faked an injury and refused to play here the majority of the season because he knew that he deserved to be a starting center somewhere else in the NBA. If Morey could have gotten more for him in a trade...he would have. Every team knew Asik was on the block the moment we signed Dwight and nobody was willing to pay up for him. It is well known that Morey's asking price for him was initially very high. The NO deal was obviously the best deal on the table. Deal with it.

Hi. I have been lurking this community for a while now but when I saw your post I couldn't help but register so I could congratulate you on jumping the gun.

The other runners aren't even in the building yet and you are halfway around the track.

Don't know why we couldn't get Ryan Anderson for Asik? He would fit like a glove here.

I looked it up. His stat line was 2 more points and 5 more boards than Terrence Jones had....in the first half.

I'm not surprised Asik wants to start. Couldn't start here. New Orleans.can start him. They played Orlando though chill out.

Vucevic is a great rebounder in his own right but not good enough offensively to punish anyone

the only regrettable part about this trade is that we'll have to deal with announcers saying "t-eric black" for the rest of the season
