My girldfriend and I went to Hooters and tried the Fried Pickles there and they were incredible. Now, she wants the recipe. Anyone ever have them and can help us out??? I am trying to search the net for recipes with no luck. They have this awesome sauce that goes with them thats really great. Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think the just put sliced pickles in the deep frier, as for the sauce I have no idea. Some sort of ranch maybe?

The sauce has like a pink color/red. It kinda looks like thousand island sauce, but tastes really different.

Never had that sauce. I think we just ask for ranch.

I'm not a big fan of Hooters' Fried Pickle. You should try the one at Katz's, that's the one to emulate.
