This is just a suggestion my fellow Rocket lovers. Since the Bulls waived Toby Bailey, I think its a good idea for the Rocks to sign him with our cap exemption. He's a bargain. No doubt he can play some D and is a very high leaper. Its fun to play him in garbage time and enter him in the slam dunk contest with the Franchise

Bailey played some good minutes for Phoenix, and I would not mind having him on the roster. The only problem is, we don't need another shooting guard. He is 6'5" and a quick leaper, but he is an average shooter and an average defender.

Do we have room? I don't think we do.

I remember when he was a freshman at UCLA everyone thought he would blow up by his senior season. Now he can't even make a NBA roster.
