    Thought this article was interesting, especially when talking about some of the lesser talked about teams and their use of analytics.

    We know Morey's the face of analytics in the NBA, and Sam Henkie is Morey's protege.

    But I didn't realize Riley was using some Riles-based PER score based on 54 different defensive measurements. Also not a surprise to see the Lakers dead last in analytics usage given that Byron Scott had said he didn't want his teams taking tons of 3s. Other non-believers like the Knicks and the Nets also kind of make sense at this point with the way they play.
