I heard ESPN's Dan Patrick on the halftime radio show tonight. He said he is in town to interview Rudy AND Kermit (separately) on Wednesday for the Sunday Conversation piece to air this weekend.

A couple other notes. When asked about the Rockets he said they need to dump some contracts and free up some money. He also didn't seem to0 impressed by Griffin. He said some players work on their game to get better and it appears Griffin hasn't. When people said Jordan and Magic didn't have decent jump shooting ability they worked on their games to improve.

That would be correct. DAN, not Rudy.

Dan Patrick has a better show than either Rome or that feeble minded local twerp, Dan Patrick.

That said, Eddie Griffin has more future than either Dan Patrick! Or Jim Rome or the city of Rome.

Does this mean the Sun Converstion will be about the Punch (and Yao, of course) and nothing else?

He made it sound like the conversation would only be about The Punch. He is interviewing Kermit too. I wouldn't doubt that he interviews Rudy about Yao too while he is in town and hold it for a later date.
