Last Friday didnt happen so lets try this again  Where: TDECU Stadium When: Saturday 7pm TV/Radio: Espn 3 & KPRC 950am Weather: 80 degrees 30% chance of rain Line: Couldnt find one Bounce back week Grambling 10 Coogs 38 Eat Em Up Coogs!!!
What an awful beginning for the new stadium. The only way you come back from being dominated like that is wholesale changes. I don't think you trot the same players out there and say "play better." No doubt the coaching staff is on notice. If they come out with another stinker, I start cleaning house early. Replace the OC at least.
I think it's coaching. Larry Coker made levine look like a fool. Coker is doing a hell of a job with limited talent. Wish sumlin was still here
If they have to fire Bush at any point in the season, then they might as well let Tony go and give Gibbs the keys, because firing two OCs 2 weeks into 2 separate seasons is grounds for dismissal of the HC. True incompetence.
Grambling is so bad even Bush/ Levine can't screw it up enough to lose to them. I still see this season getting bad because its so obvious Bush is in over his head as an OC. Levine's head should be on a platter to because this will be 4 OC in 4yrs.
So how good is UTSA? Solid again tonight. (And just as I type that, they thrown an interception late.) Not to excuse the Houston **** show last week. Anyhow, nothing like playing Grambling to "fix" their problems.
Grambling got crushed by less than mediocre D-2 Lamar last weekend. If Houston doesn't stomp them into oblivion then they may be in for a long long year.
This year is an interesting one for UTSA. They have a group of about 38 seniors (Most in NCAA) that have been playing together since the program started. These guys went an entire year of practicing without playing any games yet the first year they were in. These players have grown together a lot and it is showing on the field. Next year however won't be pretty for UTSA most likely.
I agree. Defense is returning to form, but I'm still not sold on the offensive coordinator and O'Korn. Hoping it's a slump on O'Korn's part but he threw some really bad passes tonight where it would be more costly against better competition. Also, Greenberry is a stud.
