Good for him, love to see Scola stay relevant but would have loved to have him as a locker room fan favorite with a solid vet presence.....

Glad he's still grinding. Will have to catch some more Raptors games next season.

Good. I love Scola but if he's our backup PF we aren't winning anything.

TJones being the back up PF does the same for the team. Rockets need a PG, a veteran backup C, and back up PF IF Smith does not sign.

He has a positive DBPM and DRPM and generally does a good job staying in front of traditional PFs. Not sure where this poor defender tag came from.

good for him. i'd rather him not come back here. im a bit worried morey and mchale will fall in love with his stretch 4 ability and start him, forcing dwight to work overtime on defense. i'd rather keep jones

Then he came back from injury, and was awesome again, then got hurt again.
Then he came back from the hurt and played like a petunia.
There were flashes of brilliance, but it didn't look great down the back end... the worst thing that could happen is that it has got into his head, and he will forever be a fading flower.

If he comes out and plays next season like he started last, and like his first return from injury, we got ourselves full beast mode. The worry is if he doesn't....
