Me personally i could care less for Deron Williams, I think Dragic proved he is more than capable of being a borderline All-Star in this league. And better yet, Dragic actually wants to be in Houston

Also i recall Josh Smith requesting a trade about 2 years ago and had 3 teams in which he preferred to go to, and 1 of them was Houston.

Josh Smith i believe was snubbed out of an All-Star selection last year, and the 2nd half of the season, he was a MONSTER( and raised his game to another level)

Am i the only guy here who could care less for DWill?

DHoward and JSmith would be an absolute monster frontcourt athletically. Just gotta make sure your frontcourt can hit the open J and the 3 to make it work.

DWill over JSmoov any day of the week.

JSmoov over any player Rox currently have on the roster.

I think clutchfans should start a twitter campaign to convince Howard that Houston is a great place to be a professional athlete.

Dwight Howard and Josh Smith, given that we have lowry and/or goran.

Is Smith a PF or SF? Does he fit better alongside Scola or Parsons?

PG's have become an easily replaced commodity in the NBA. Dragic might never make an all star team, but is realistically 80% of D-Will.

Defense would be stellar with Smith and Howard. No layups ever.

    Dragic - PG
    Martin - SG
    Parsons - SF
    Smith - PF
    Howard - C

A Parsons, Smith, Howard front line would be dominant defensively (and help make up for a slightly less than average defensive backcourt... allowing Dragic and Martin to be more aggressive about passing lanes).

As if we really have our choice of which we want, ha.

Clutchfans is going to be in for a BIG letdown on Thursday/Friday when/if Dwight isn't traded here.

I'm expecting it. This stuff seems to happen every year. We come "close" to a deal and then we end up picking at our spot.

Bigs always make the difference. High scoring PGs are overrated in terms of winning basketball. Isiah Thomas and Tony Parker are the rare exceptions. It's generally better to have a PG that facilitates the game of others and otherwise hangs back playing D and drilling kickout 3s.

It somewhat depends on the guys around him, but on our squad he'd look a lot better playing PF next to Parsons, especially since Chandler also has the ability to float between both F spots - versatility is a huge plus in matchups.

    Please give this a rest.

Since Dwight punk as$ doesn't want to come here, we can go after Brook Lopez, josh smith, brandon roy, etc.
