ESPN stated D.Howard not signing an extension next year is indicating he might leave the franchise. the biggest destination is the LAKERS!

Lets Debate this, Anthony is free this summer. I personally think Anthony will contend for a title if he joins a young nucleus of the Clippers because he will be able to still be the man but get alot more help and young talent. (cleary more mid level players would need to sign there too)

But for Howard/Paul/Bass/Felton, are the knicks/lakers the most dominating places to go? Shouldn't boston have some space with some of their contracts expiring?

I think Paul/Howard are going to be inclined to go to LA to replace the aging starting rotation and replace a brittle Bynum.

If new york somehow drops Felton after the two year experiment signs paul (after signing Anthony) and somehow works in something with D Howard, the Knicks could go down as the best team ever in nba history.

but so many scenarios? D-Howard to Thunder? What are your thoughts?

(I think the rockets don't have a shot at all in the next 8 years to be legit contenders, unless theres a group of kids in middle school right now that are tearing it up)

Someone is young, and doesn't know their history.

    One example...

    3. Larry Bird
    4. Kevin McHale
    5. Robert Parish

    That dominates a

    3. Carmelo Anthony
    4. Amare Stoudamire
    5. Dwight Howard

    Frontline.

Not to mention the Celtics had one of the greatest PG's to ever play the game in Dennis Johnson, and a consistently dominant bench.

are you kidding me? that was a good team but no one looks at those celtics as THE TEAM. If anything Jordan Bulls and Showtime Lakers get more praise for their accomplishments.

When it's all said and done, if that knicks team happens, and win more than the three rings Bird has, wouldn't you say they would be the best team, considering a Lakers team that was dominant, Miami Heat, Boston Celts that all built stardom teams in this era? (even the spurs)

If this happens i might top watching this sport. The entire outside Miami,NY,and LA will become irrelevant.

These players need to show some backbone.

if anyone honestly thinks the rox are landing a big name, go back to bed.

u have to have a star to land a star

    kevin,scola,brooks, aren't stars
yao/tmac were - if both were healthy for the entire season and we lost in the 2/3rd round last year

this year we woulda got a big name easily.
