Seeing as how its a public poll, I don't see why anyone doesn't do this would even enter in a vote. Just to be ridiculed?

Only if someone is watching. Like when I piss at work; only washing my hands if someone is watching.

I ALWAYS pick up my pet waste. I just save grocery bags and always bring one with me. Especially if you are in a residential neighborhood you should never let your dog poop on another person's lawn. When I first got my dog in middle school, I never picked up after her but only let her do her business on public property. Now I pick it up regardless.

Always. The streets are full of dog poop but I aim to not count myself among the sinners.

Nope, I walk my dog on the banks of a bayou and in some other pretty deserted areas. If I had to walk him in a populated area where others walk I would clean it up. Sometimes when I let him out in our front yard for a bit he craps in other neighbors' yards...I usually catch him before he does and stop him, but when he sneaks one by me I clean it up with my pooper scooper.
