Really disappointing about Sua-Filo...would much rather have taken the chance at either Teddy or Carr with the way things are looking for him. Hopefully he can get it together because the rest of the line looks like it'll be pretty damn solid.

missing on a the first pick in the second round is one thing, missing it while taking a guard is unforgivable, especially considering the QB options that went in front and behind, not to mention other positions. It's not over for him obviously but it is not looking good.

A lot of guys from that draft class need to take big steps because otherwise it could really pan out to be a huge turd

This is the strongest group (as a whole) of WRs we've ever had.

carr was my favorite candidate for the second round pick ,but i can't make the coaching staff appreciate my expertise. loss is on them.
However, I supported the pick for filo. You can't go wrong selecting a guard with all that potential. So it's been disappointing reading that he is not even practicing with the starters. this should be the season in which he blossoms, instead he is running gassers like a fatty. =(

My problem with Qb whisperers, other than thinking they can turn fitzie into a madman empty backfield gun slinger is that they too can overthink things. Everywhere you read, they said B.O.B was high on Jimmy Garropolo and had the patriots not chosen him, he would have been ours. If that's your qb, you get him with that 2nd round pick. It's only the most important component to an offense.

Hoping he'll come around but disappointing to hear that he is might be losing out to 2 undrafted FAs and a 3rd rounder.

Not really sure where people are getting this from.

He's a 2nd year player who has never started a game.

He's the favorite to win the gig, but he's not the incumbent.

There is supposed to be competition for that spot that will go on well into camp.

The fact that it's completely open for the taking is of zero surprise to me.

He needed it anyway. He is severely lacking in upper body strength.
