LMA+Parsons isn't significantly better than what they have now, do they even have money to make it work? Dirk makes 10M, Tyson Chandler 10M, Parsons 15M, if they offer LMA the max I doubt they can afford a decent pg or SG. Reports are they're trying to get De Andre Jordan LOL, a core of old Dirk, Jordan and Parsons....I'm quaking in my boots
I'd personally love it if DJ or LMA go to Dallas because really in the NBA the only ones worth worrying about are extremely stacked teams like GSW or super duper stars like Lebron, Durant etc. Dallas has cap room and it will have to go to a player no matter what, I'd prefer it if they get 2nd tier stars like Jordan over players like Anthony Davis or tanking and somehow getting a superstar in the draft.
could you imagine a free agency meeting with Parsons, and freaking Dez Bryant? Why would anyone want to sign? I'd be like, "Dez...why are you even here, breh?"
That is insulting to Bieber (which is hard to do). Bieber sells tickets at least. Who would shell out $150 just because Parsons is in town to jack up line drives?
@TheRealHrdlicka If history is any indication, Parsons free agent pitch does not include where he'll be there in two years. 10:37pm - 30 Jun 15
If Cuban was smart he would trade Parsons, Felton, and a future pick for Lawson, Gallinari, and Foye Jordan needs a true PG to play with, not some back-up made starter Parsons is injury prone, recovering from a knee injury and has had problems with back spasms. Denver is eager to trade Lawson this summer. If Cuban wants to compete now before Dirk retires, he does this trade.
bimathug also just retweeted this one.:grin: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Chandler Parsons' contract isn't an overpay, considering half is for him playing and the other half is for his role as assistant GM.</p>— Josh Bowe (@Boweman55) <a href="https://twitter.com/Boweman55/status/617059849944309760">July 3, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Oh Chandler http://espn.go.com/dallas/nba/story...-jordan-decision-renege-deal-dallas-mavericks http://espn.go.com/blog/dallas/mave...dler-parsons-qa-we-did-everything-that-we-can Admits to being an attention w**** Yeah, don't leave an entire franchise high and dry. Good thing Morey always has a plan B, or plan A really, in your case. Yeah, professionalism, very important. Chandler turn on a city and backtrack? Neeeever. Gotta be ready to be a franchise player and make the tough decisions, like lying to your team about your health, playing through an injury that you shouldn't have, and then leave your team high and dry in the playoffs. I bet James Harden and Dwight Howard can relate. So you're personally upset? Owners that go after players like Dwight, Melo, bosh, lebron, LMA, etc...yeah, those don't come around too often. Mark is just one of a kind..
DeAndre was unprofessional so I'm going to be even more unprofessional and go trash him with the local ESPN reporter! Did Cuban tell him this was a good idea?
I agree with you and wouldn't put it past him Thats why he's not a GM. Go somewhere and stay in your place
The difference between you and DeAndre, Chandler, was that our GM decided that yo ass wasn't worth $15 million and made the correct decision to let you go.
