Right now, he is more of a "tools" guy than an actual production guy. He is 6'3", long arms, very explosive and tough to guard. His actual production isn't huge but isn't "putrid," either. He also showed improvement year to year (shot 3s much better last season than before, for example) so people think he can do more and get better in the future, especially when given a bigger role away from some high usage star teammates. A part of this will get put to the test now that Durant and Westbrook are both out. Jackson can make or lose a lot of cash in the next month.
A guy like that don't need to be acquired. He's a head case. I was even praising a back pg of his caliber and totting how he was better than both Bev and Lin combined and now this. This is a huge let down in attitude for me.
