Donuts actually can draw some offensive fouls if refs does not screw up. Also he's better 1on1 defender vs slow big-mens like LMA. Coach just should say him not to switch on pick's to guard guards and he will be ok.

Also, Donuts atleast box-out on defensive rebounds. Never saw TJones to do that.

I think I'm with you, Normalus. Donuts deserves his chance. He did a great job against ZBo that one time, and he has pretty good Defensive Advanced Stats, as I recall.

Let's be realistic about this, you play the whole year to get here, you are not going to change who you are, become a different team all of a sudden.

These two teams are very evenly matched, their records and head-to-head regular season result also proved that. The Rockets' advantage is Howard inside on both ends, the Blazers strength is LMA midrange game. I expect to see double teams early on both of them next game.

It will be a 6, or 7 series if the Rockets win the next game.

TJ's problem is on his experience, he likes to jump and try for the blocks, in fact, Bill and Bull mentioned before TJ had blocked as many jump shots as anyone in the league. The problem is exactly this, he is very easy to be beaten by a couple pump fakes and after that, he will just become a statue.

I fully expect he will improve his defense next couple years when he has more experience. It's just very unfortunate that we need him the worse now.

Dmo on the other hand, has a much better physical gift than TJ with his size, but his IQ and skills are just as low as you can get, that's why he failed. He will be foul out in a record pace if we put him on the floor, and more importantly, he is almost a liability on offense with his weak ass 3 PT shot and can't even jump for a dunk move inside.

In fact, even Harden had some success against LMA when he was playing Harden with his back against the basket, because Harden can hold his ground, I truly believe Jham can do the same as he has a stronger frame than Parsons.

Anyway, I don't see McHale will play either Dmo or Jham nor Casspi unless we have some disasters happened.

Weren't a couple of you guys vouching for the twin towers to come out again? I wouldn't mind seeing it, since Asik does a damn fine job on LMA.

The bad thing was to lose game seven at home against the jazz..losing game one is bad, but at least we have six more games to go. Hopefully, this will motivate our players to play like they have not played the whole season...attack.....attack....attack.
