How does Dragic expect that kind of money after only 2 months of starting in the NBA as a PG, for all we know he could be fools gold( darren collison redux). I remmeber Hornets fans saying they should trade CP3 as well, when Collison emerged

oh well just give em what he wants

Start spreading rumors that we're interested in signing Sasha Vujacic...

He can ask for whatever, the market will set the price.....Morey knows that you don't let quality players just walk away...

Dragic will get huge offers...for those that think no team will offer him more than 6 a year.

I think Dragic will get close to the 10 million he's looking for. And it would be a HUGE loss if the Rockets dont resign him. Its not a great contract, but he is an integral part of the Rockets moving forward, specially if we bring in a guy like DH.

considering the huge difference on paycheck from two sides, why did not Morey offer a reasonable contract extension before the end of last season or before the start of last season? That should be much less than $10 mil per year.

Morey should tell him 8 million is on the table if not we'll sick with Lowry. We got nothing to lose.

Were you so high on Dragic before the season? I doubt it

I agree. I don't think we can afford to lose Gogi. Dragic hasn't hit his ceiling yet, and I don't see the McHale + Lowry relationship suddenly becoming kosher after this.

Yeah, It will be funny when the Suns offer $6 mil per. Why do you think their offer hasn't come out? Dragic's agent is trolling for the sake of it.

C'mon, he is a transition guy.... and shot well for a stretch but Nash would be the guy to pair up with DH, Rondo or Deron tbh
Those have better vision and are more established

$10 mill is way too much. Lets hope other teams dont overpay and his demand softens.

Are you comparing Steve Nash to Goran Dragic.. when Steve Nash was a free-agent back in 2004( he had already been on mulitple All-Star Teams). Goran Dragic has only been a starting PG for 2 months...

Not nearly as high, I knew he had some talent after blowing up in the playoffs against the Spurs, but I doubted his passing.

After watching him as a starter - I lost all doubts, the guy is on a course for elite PG status - and I want him on my team.

Good organizations do not let arguably their best player walk.

Houston is offering Goran Dragic a deal that starts at $8 million next season, but Dragic is looking for $10 million: http://tinyurl.com/7hajg3m

That's a very fair offer. Dragic is greedy.
