It took them nearly 2 decades to build with help from a winning culture. Rockets used to have one in the 90's, but it only took a handful years to tear down. (aka McHale/Morey era)

To much offense and defense to handle for any team not named Warriors. Gasol and Aldridge both have 3pt shooting ranged and block shots without jumping.

 

I did that but they got some elite players or very good role players now.
