If there was a homicide with sufficient evidence to show that the act was legally justifiable, there almost certainly wouldn't be a trial. In both the Furguson case and the NY case there was sufficient evidence to show the actions were legally justifiable.

The parallel here is if an intruder broke into your home and you shot them, the coroner would call it homicide because it was one human killed by another human, but it would be seen as a legally justifiable homicide and there would almost certainly not be a trial.....not even a grand jury because it would be seen as a waste of time, money, and resources.

It wouldn't be a waste of money the people would get to hear from creditable witness. And most people don't acknowledge that the officer was in the right you have been on here going against any and everyone who states anything different from what you feel was right.People maybe wrapped up in there being a trial so there will be justice for all not just one side the DA did there best to cloud this grand jury and were successful in doing so a trial by 12 would have been the right thing not clouding the fact with a lot of false statements.

Which case are we even talking about? If it's the Furguson case, who thinks the officer was wrong in defending himself? I don't count the "hands up, don't shoot" crowd because they pretty clearly aren't intelligent people. The cop was attacked, and he defended himself. pretty open and shut case. You attack a cop, or anyone with a gun, you are probably going to die.

And the appropriate place to evaluate this evidence is at trial, not in a grand jury.

That isn't a parallel because Wilson wasn't in his home. Had he been, I would agree with you that a grand jury no-bill would be justified. In this case, there was conflicting testimony from witnesses and the appropriate venue to evaluate the veracity of this testimony is at trial.

Both cases wilson claimed he was defending himself or Garner both cases show the DA's office didn't do there jobs. As for you calling those people with there hands up they have the right to protest hoe they feel as long as they are not looting or burning down stuff that doesn't belong to them.

Ask the Eric Holder-led Department of Justice.

Bottom line is all the violent protests and all the rage was 100% done due to ignorance and not knowing the facts.

Nah it was 100% done due to some bs.... If it takes ignorance to voice your concern, then Im 100% with... Just my opinion... cause I would have been one of the "ignorant ones" if that was my son...

    They were ignorant.

Mike Brown shouldn't have assaulted a police officer. His daddy should have taught him to respect the police, not cuss at them and physically attack them.

    Then you would be wrong.

You do not attack a police officer go for his gun and complain when you are shot.

All Ferguson did was undermine legitimate injustices and set back it back years.

All those "protesters" look like ignorant idiots. You want to be outraged and protest, more power to you... But find a sympathetic poster child, not a thug.

If you think people were protesting around the country specifically because of Brown... You should be careful throwing the word 'ignorant' around. People were protesting because of victims like John Crawford as well... But the majority doesn't want to pay attention to a 'sympathetic poster child'...

The only crime Wilson could be charged with federally was a civil rights violation. In order to do that the Feds would have to prove that Wilson shot and killed Brown specifically because he was black. Short of finding a white hood in Wilson's locker there was never going to be a federal indictment no matter what you believe happened.

So congrats to you for lumping yourself in with bigtexxx the race baiting clown.
