Not sure if posted, but just saw it on espn.com. I'm not even a Texans fan, but Watt definitely seems like a real good dude.

It's just awesome to have your best player also be this kind of guy in the community. He really seems to personalize his connection to fans, particularly ones with special needs. Hope he never changes.

That was a really good pass! So exciting to have JJ represent the Texans.

He may go down as the goat!

Awesome guy off the field...one of the best on the field.

He deserves every penny of that 100 million coming his way.

It really is unbelievable how completely perfect JJ Watt is in just about every area a team would wish. Amazing player but not a prima donna, incredibly good looking but not a man-w****, very involved in social media but also very PR-savvy and totally involved in the community and charity work while not coming off as pandering. It's like almost impossible for someone to dislike the guy unless they are a sociopath or something.

It's to the point where I almost question if it really is all just a big, calculated ruse and the guy actually has a torture/rape chamber underneath his house...but that's probably just me being the room a little too much when my wife watches those horrible Lifetime Movie Network movies where every guy that seems perfect is really a maniac.

Yeah, it's getting to the point where I'm starting to get a little uncomfortable with how much I like this guy...

There are A LOT of athletes out there who do things for children and it's good to see J.J. doing it as well.

On another note. Seeing how Romeo is a "true" 3-4 defensive coordinator... It certainly looks like he could drop 10-15 pounds and play in the elephant position instead of being a 3-4 defensive end.

JJ Watt is a consumate profesional and I hope he retires a Rocket.

In all seriousness though, is there a better role model athlete than JJ Watt. This is the guy you should tell your kids to look up to.
