I got a feeling he is going to be new T-Mac. He is so quick and a good shooter.

Dude plays smooth and under control. Just one game, though, but I like the potential he has.

He lacks Tmac's passing ability and 7'0 height lol. But we'll see, Tmac started out strictly as a Trevor Ariza clone (athletic defensive stopper), grew into a potent all around scorer in Orlando and then became a great playmaker in Houston.

Lamb's versatily and two-way play is definitely encouraging, Ross has the highlight moves with the putback slams and transition 3s but Lamb's shots took more skill IMHO, those floaters were smooth as silk.

BTW batkins nice cameo appearance for Machado at the end. Dude didn't shoot all that well but those passes were spot on. I think we got out backup pg next year.

I don't see how you're even going to compare any of these players. Tmac came in straight out of high school and couldn't shoot, and Ariza still can't shoot. Lamb was shooting 60% from 2 vs top college opponents, and he couldn't hope to be as athletic as Tmac or Ariza (who are both insane freaks). That's not to say Lamb isn't athletic, I think his best attribute is his wingspan. With that said this dude can already score, and he'll get better.

Um yeah, believe it or not Tmac was a defensive player primarily when he came in to the league. He defended extremely well when he played for the Rockets also (see: 2005 playoffs vs. Dirk), he just only did it when he wanted to. Towards the end, he didn't...plus the injuries.

Maybe you were too young to remember? He got on the floor in Toronto because of his defensive abilities. He didn't break out until his 3rd year offensively, but you can definitely see his game progressing.
