I know we have our eyes set on Marc Gasol and we were willing to give up

Kevin Martin + Scola + Pick + Dragic

But what about LaMarcus Aldridge Portland just lost Brandon Roy and will probably lose Oden sometime within the next 10 games.

LA is young and very versatile for a big man..

    Kevin replaced Roy
Scola/Dragic/Pick/Thabeet (god I wish) replaced LA

no way Portland trades him. He's the only player left that is young and good.

Around L.A. you have Batum, Gerald Wallace, Wesley Matthews and Raymond Felton. The Blazers cupboard isn't bare.

No way Portland does trades Aldridge. He's a fan favorite already and they did pretty damn good last year without their best player. Where in the hell did Wesley Mathews come from???

Maybe we should take a shot at Greg Oden? We know all about broken down fragile centers, but seriously at this point, what do we have to lose?

I didn't mean to imply that it was. What I meant to say is that he's the main piece and they're finding players to fit around him.

He the face of their franchise now. He better step up his game.

I think he should have made the all-star team rather than Blake Griffin.

Wow. Just a few years ago people thought they'd be a contender by now with all three.

This day could not have been any worse for the Blazers.

I know you didn't. I said it for the benefit of others here who don't follow the Blazers closely. The Blazers aren't far from contending and trading the centerpiece right now would be stupid.
