Now that we're LOCK for the #1 pick

What do you want to happen?
Draft Reggie Bush or trade for draft picks?

With Casserly returning now I'm more afraid of him trading the #1 picks and ending up with a bunch of 2nd team players.

Is there ANYWAY we can speak up to make sure they pick BUSH!! or I'll be PISSED!

    like in Detriot, "FIRE CASSERLY!"

It all depends. Most likely, we take Bush and go from there. If someone comes calling with a stupid offer along the lines of the Ricky Williams draft day trade, you don't hang up the phone.

when you get the opportunity to draft a game breaker, you just do it.

It will undoubtedly make us worse for the short term future, but give us more of an opportunity for long term success.

Like emjohn said, it all depends. Everybody has their price and if some other team is willing to give up the farm to get Reggie you got to do it.

I picked Bush but if we're gonna trade I would think the new Adm. would want what SD got for Eli just to get you an attentive audience. This pick is 2 valuable and I would want something like 3 firsts, 2 seconds. 1 third and a young starter.

Anyone offering a Mick Vick type deal should be hung up on immediately.

    1) houston
    2) new orleans
    3) tennessee
    4) jets
    5) green bay
    6) san fran

i dont know about the needs of these teams. but from my standpoint if you can trade down and pick up d'brick with two three extra picks you do it. however if you can't get the right package i wouldn't waste the first pick on d'brick.

that being said...obviously casserly screws things up. he needs to be fired dammit.

You take Bush for increased revenue and advertising alone. It will definitely get me to buy a jersey.

So what do you think Bush's ratings will be in next years Madden?

I heard two commentators talking about a scout that had Reggie rated the highest player he could ever remember. Reggie is 1" shorter and 10# lighter than O.J. and 1" taller and 10# heavier than Tony Dorsett. Both had 11-12 year careers and are in the HOF. IMO he is the best RB to come out in years and could really be better than LT.

    Don't pass him up!.

BTW someone up above said Casserly was staying. Is that official? Read it in another thread. Not official, but sources said.

Draft Reggie and keep DD unless you get a 2nd rounder for him. You then can put Reggie at the slot a lot of the plays and DD in the back field at the same time

99.9 % chance we draft Bush. People were calling in this season saying they were not getting season tickets in 06 and the games I went to this season the stadium was half empty so you have to draft Bush. Like I said before this guy is another Lebron James. A sure thing.

Doesnt the lineman makes more sense. Running backs come a dime a dozen. Even gamebreakers.

I haven't lost much football since the Oilers blew the Buffalo playoff game.

One thing I do enjoy is watching a great running back.

I loved watching Barry Sims run. The guy was awesome.

I say draft Bush. If he is an Wow running back, the Texans would be fun to watch.

Today's game was the first game I watched with any interest this year,

and I was rooting for a loss. DRAFT REGGIE BUSH.
