If a politician with his type of constituency can make an official, public statement like this you know things are changing fast. He is riding the wave of a new popular opinion. Gotta love politicians.

A strong majority 58% of voters in support, only 31% opposed...

    Proposed Bill - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0mz4H4Rivr1UmEwUUxtd2hJUFU/view

The deadline to propose new bills for 2015 Texas legislative session is on march 13th. Let's see what happens. At the very least we will see passage of decriminalization bills, IMO

A lot of strains now are 'genetically modified' via selective breeding...

Now going in and using molecular biotechnology to change gene expression is something that needs research clearance before it can take off..

Expensive connoisseur organic weed will always be a craft art

"I am proposing that this plant be regulated like tomatoes, jalapeños or coffee," Simpson said in a statement. "Current mar1juana policies are not based on science or sound evidence, but rather misinformation and fear."

    Awesome.

I've never seen a kid buy a tomato.

Your post is based on misinformation and fear.

If it's equally harmless, why do you need to be 21?
