you go Harvard, despite being handicapped by the inability of Yankees to pick a perfect brisket if you saw one.

I hear NASA is answering this by repurposing Shuttle heat shield tiles to make the perfect New York Pizza

Correction. He hired a yes man to cook his brisket and then implied his analytics on to yes man. The Yes man burned his brisket but the stats prove its not that burnt.

I'll admit that I haven't tried very many BBQ joints but the best I've had were very unevenly cooked. I thought that was part of the process.

Does the machine add wood for you over a 16 hour period?

Would rather they invent a pill that'll fill you up for 6 months like in Dragon Ball.

Don't you just have to invest in a southern pride smoker?

Can't truck any Yankee brisket anyways. I think they just discovered that part of the meat a couple of years ago.

With brisket prices shooting up I know I'll need to eventually go in this direction. Trusting carpetbaggers to tell me how to make brisket feels off though

So a team of Harvard researchers made a Cajun cooker? Let's act impressed.

They only throw around the "Harvard students" title to give this product more credibility, you don't need researchers to know how to cook brisket. An experienced chef knows the ins and outs of cooking mechanics, this is nothing revolutionary. I smell a marketing ploy.

Just read the article and it's an advertisement posing as some scientific achievement. The "scientific" approach used here, which is essentially, you can see the temperature on your iphone is nothing special.

"Ogunbiyi’s research included a close study of Williams-Sonoma glassware, in an effort to make the smoker look like a product people might like to buy."

They're trying to sell it, don't be suckered in by these crafty advertising methods!
