    Royce "Highlight" White

Guy is totally destroying defenses with his impressive passing. What role will he play on this team (if he is not dealt)?

Personally, I believe he will make Morris expendable..

Make Morris expendable? Morris had no role on this team in the first place. He was already expendable.

He looks great, but summer league games aren't known for their defense so I take it with a grain of salt. Still the dude has me excited.

    +17 in +/-

He had a lot of turnovers, but he's been effective in the past two summer league games.

Probably doesn't mean anything, but I'm looking forward to seeing him play this season anyway.

The reason why royce's +/- is so good is because he:

    1) is a vacuum on the defensive board.
    2) his unselfishness is contageous.

So after an unfortunate injury tonight caused by a foul from Zoran Dragic on Nolan Smith..one of the Blazers "bigs" walked up to Zokie and said "I'll see you after the game"

Royce stepped in and said to the big "You're going to see me first!"

This is what I love to see. Some may call it barking, but to me it is deeper than that. Its a man sticking up for his teammate, and maybe its some of the toughness we need on our team. I am reminded of when Scola got his face stepped on by Love, or when he was close lined by Fisher. I love the attitude he is showing. I'm very excited for this upcoming season and to be honest, I hope we keep our rookies.

Maybe he will be the new Ron Artest to give this team some toughness and get us past the first round. Or at least out of the 10-14 pick range
