With rumors of Billy Donovan heading to OKC how does this impact Corey Brewer's free agency?

OKC can offer him a starting position at the 2 and play for his college coach that he won 2 championships with. However, he seems to really like playing on this Rockets team.

He likes it here and can get more money here. He's staying.

Why leave the perfect fit for him?

Whoever pays him more money. I think he's a good fit for Houston and OKC.

He was also drafted by McHale, so the coach situation works out either way for him. I think he likes it here and Morey does what he needs to keep Br3w.

    Does he even like starting?

Sounds like to me that he likes coming off the bench.

Brew loves McHale. He will stay.

He's hardly going to get opportunities there. He's our second best fast break finisher here, only behind Harden. OKC has KD and RW...They need shooters more than Brewer.

I don't even want to think about this right now.

But OKC seems like a very viable option.

If he leaves, we can sign Kevin Martin to replace him.

Brewer knows what he has here in Houston.

OKC next year? It is going to be a powder keg. A lot riding on that team next year with Durant FA looming and then Westbrook the following year. Lots of uncertainty.

Yes, OKC is unstable, and the rockets have a chance to get LMA from Portland, and still be able to keep Brewer.

If his only reason to pick a team is for the coach, who would he rather be with..

One that won an NCAA championship
    or
One who won the 2015 NBA championship :p

Brewer and Smith are keepers. Rockets will try to get them to stay, but PG is a huge priority.
