What would cause a 2006 Expedition to have vibrations while in park and even moving?

Air filter is new. Plugs are new.

The vibrating is a light stuttering, it can be felt around the whole car. RPM's stay the same.

    Any help?

You probably have a cat, raccoon, or other rodent near your engine. Have you checked under the hood?

Pull the codes, hopefully the check engine light is on. Ignition coils tend to go bad on those fords

Like mentioned before could be a bad coil. Could also be the motor mounts. Is it a 5.4 3v?

im with Blurr7 my guess is 90% chance ignition coil or 10% chance motor mount.
ignition coils should throw a pending code meaning there is a code but the check engine light wont come on.
find a code reader that gets pending codes.

    how many miles?

usually pouring a couple quarts of ice cold water in the gas tank can smooth out many types of vibrations

sounds like one of your coils is going out. Unfortunately your check engine won't come on until it gets really bad, so you won't know which one it is. So either you replace all of them one by one which can be pretty expensive or wait until it gets really bad and your check engine light comes on.
