    JVG is a Houston homer.

    A team with McFail (aka Milk Hair) as the HC won't be a top 2 or top 3 team. No offense schema, no defense schema, No playbook whatsoever on last second play, both offensively and defensively.

    Rox has to wait for another year no matter whom it sign as FAs.

    Bring in an awesome assistant coach to do the X's and O's

    Then we will be a top 3 team in the league
