Like a buncha yankees can tell how to do a perfect brisket. Stick to technical innovations and leave the smoking of dead animal flesh to the professionals.

No one will ever make a more perfect smoker than a offset firebox smoker made from heavy metal and fired with the flavorful wood of your choosing.
