While most Rockets fans are closely monitoring Laker games and Laker fans keeping a close eye on Rockets games as well, am i the only one who thinks that HOU and LAL could BOTH eventually make the playoffs when all is said and done? Why you ask?

Well, take a look at the remaining schedule for this particular team..

    @ LAC
    vs BOS
    vs ATL
    vs CHA
    @ MIl
    @ CLE
    @ CHI
    @ NYK
    vs DET
    @ OKC
    vs MEM
    vs NYK
    @ HOU
    @ SAS
    @ DAL
    vs PHI
    vs PHO
    @ POR
    vs BKN
    vs POR
    vs DEN
    vs NOH
    @ GSW
    vs OKC
    vs MIN
    @ MIN
    @ MEM

Based on how tough that is, i believe they will inevitably fall to the 9th spot. Guess which team this is.

    He's talking about Utah.

Rockets have the easiest remaining western schedule. It will take a choke job to miss the playoffs, especially with how March sets up for them.

I almost hope Utah makes it in just to **** over the Mavs and the Lakers.

No one wants to see those old *** teams in the playoffs.

It's the Lakers because the last game for the Rockets is against the Lakers

I know, I was joking. (failed attempt at a joke since I thought he said it was either the rockets or lakers schedule)

Utah is too good at home to not make the playoffs.

The Rockets do have a weak remaining schedule, but then again, they just lost to the Wizards. So, you never know.

Teams like the Heat, Thunder, Nuggets etc. have also lost to the Wizards. They're not as bad as what their record indicates. Especially the way they've been playing as of late.

Morey said this a couple times in recent interviews - both will make it.

Being undermanned in back to back close games will not be the case for the rest of the season for us. We have help on the way. I feel T-Rob and Garcia will fit in right away

Garcia will also hit some big shots for us at some part of the season, book it. He's just that kind of player as well.

Let's just pray to God, Stern doesn't get involved.

Didn't we have like a 96% chance last year before the collapse? A lot can happen in the 20 games
