On the eve of free agency, I'm curious what the pulse will be around here about Dwight Howard. Where do you really think he'll land? Not where you want him to land, but where you ultimately think he'll end up.

We can revisit this in a few weeks to gloat because responses will are public.

    I'm pessimistic; he'll re-signs with Lakers.

I can't remember the last time a top FA was so certain to move to a specific team. Feels good for it to be us.

Maybe, Baron Davis? Oh, wait, we see how that went. :(

I think he goes back to the LA Fakers. The extra $30 mil and appeal of Hollywood is too tempting to walk away from.

I went with Lakers, too. As much as players say they care about Championships, usually that extra year on the contract speaks the loudest. The fact that he'd get that extra year for a storied franchise like the Lakers makes it even more probable.

i voted ther rockets but thats probably more of a personal wish. Its goign to be the lakers. Houston have the perfect scenario, yet he will preffer the fackers. So sad.

with the lakers being last to woo him and him wanting to be loved by everybody, it LA. I wouldnt whine if he went back there. Not too high on Dwight anyway. Lamarcus is a different story.

    Over confident?

How does the Mavs only get 4 votes out of 140+. I mean I do think the Rockets have as good of a chance as anybody, but to say they have that much of an advantage is laughable. I will be sure to come back to this thread if the Mavs get him.

This poster probably joined CF JUST to post this particular piece of questionable insight, and then leave.

    45% Rockets
    40% Lakers
    10% Warriors
5% Mavericks ( and it would be 1% if it wasn't for the fact that if there's any owner who would blatantly pay Howard under the table, it would be Cuban)

Lakers, he's still the chicken **** he used to be and just doesn't have the balls to leave. I'm 100% convinced he wants to come to Houston, no doubt but with Fegan and his childlike personality, he cannot take the heat he would get for leaving.
