    Kevin McHale or Phil Jackson

Jackson used to get solid players like Ron Harper, Dennis Rodman, Kukoc, Steve Kerr, like it was nothing.
Also in LA he would easily get players like Rice, Richmond, Grant, Horry, etc

Kevin McHale stole Harden and also easily got Howard.

Dirk is also a good recruiter. The Mavs always seem to have a lot of players.

I mean you have to admit getting DeAndre to commit to a team that has players that have come off major surgeries and a superstar that's currently taking Centrum Silver is pretty good.

I'm pretty sure Dwight was quoted as saying it was the situation that appealed to him. When you consider how bad it was for him in LA, it was never that close.

It was reported that DJ really wanted to play with Matthews. Matthews even took a pay cut to make it happen.

Parsons recruited Bev, and in the end, Bev took less to stay here.

So..I'm not about about to drink the CP kool aid...it's mostly coincidence, but it makes a good story for the media and Dallas.

Mark Cuban is the best in the league at ALMOST getting big names to sign with him.
