I could see an argument for that if he had just reversed it, but then he went into drive and plowed through the security team when totally unnecessary. Guilty.

I know the street well... im around there. When he backed up he had 3 choices Back up to a main street which was literally just a few yards away. Back up to a smaller street running parallel to the main street which is only a couple of yards away Go straight down the street he drove up on either by going straight or turning at the corner which is, yes you guessed it, just a few yards from that spot he literally stopped in. Then there was the drive through area where there is a seperate part of the parking lot for parking and it has an exit 1 for the drive through and for the parking lot on the right... The left side is usually where you can enter from a another main street to get into the drive through and as you can see he took that route to exit just so he could run someone over. He had plenty of options, and im sure he knows the area well... he wasn't over there to NOT cause trouble that's for sure.
