Why you smiling? JR Smiths play was dirty just as Kelly O play was

JR's play was so stupid it's unbelievable. He hurt his own team for the first 2-3 games of the 2nd round. If they are missing Kevin Love also, it could get dicey against the Bulls.

Because Jae instigated it. He's been doing crap like this all series. Undercutting smaller players on fastbreaking hoping he can lay them out. Throwing his elbow into players on rebounds (you see him do it to JR Smith in this clip - there was NO way he was trying to get position there).

The guy then went on to talk about how the Cavs weren't physical. He's learning his lesson right now. He's just like Kevin Garnett, go after the smaller guys because they can't fight back.

    Why is this funny, OP?

Also, what kind of message you think the Cavs are sending? Kelly O was the one who injured Love, not Crowder. Send a message to Olynyk.

I just responded to a comment like this - Crowder deserved to be roughed up. Read it to see why.

Celtics head to the offseason 'banged up'
Celtics send the Cavs to next round without Love
Smith and/or Perkins may be suspended a game(+)

    Celtics won this "fight". :)

So how long will JR be suspended? Artest got 6 for the hit on Harden

    Also this is crazy:

In what world was Jae Crowder in the wrong on that JR Smith clip?

You sure your name isn't Rick Carlisle?

JR should be suspended. Perkings IDK I'm leaning towards no but the slap to the face is a well deserved fine

Pretty sick to cheer, OP. Crowder is playing a physical game and got cheap shotted twice. He was jockeying for position on JR Smith, a lighter player. Not seeing what you're seeing.

Yep the Cavs certainly are teaching him, straight up throwing punches is exactly how you should play physical basketball.

Look what the Cavs have resorted too, straight up thug tactics. Quite sad.

I don't disagree with Perkins push for sending a message but JR clearly threw a punch. I'm with the younger group that likes the physical play but that's not what's up.

Agree 100%. I wouldn't suspend Perkins even though he shouldn't have done that weak slap to the face. Old heads like Dr J laughing at that
