VSPAN could get to the hoop also. If you do not have a jumpshot they will leave you alone on the 3 and shut down your drives fast in the playoffs.

Tony Parker and Rajon Rondo don't agree.

VSPAN got shut down by VGUNDY. Maybe under a different coach he could have amounted to at least a decent backup pg.

sure, it's not like Kyle Lowry has never played in the NBA before.

besides, what are 'they' going to do about a 7 and a half foot wall standing in front of them?

    Kyle will be just fine.

Yeah I agree, seems like if they leave him alone he just drives a little and hits the open jumper or goes all the way to the rack. Which means he does not jack up three's all nite because he can't do anything else, like rafer.

What did everyone think about that on the run over-the-back pass to Yao from Lowry? I like that kind of aggressiveness. That might not work now, but maybe that's something they could practice. Not to mention the alley oop dunk. Why can't someone work with Yao to get him some Alley Ooop Dunks?? Is Yao just too slow?

Stop with the Van Gundy being the reason why VSpan couldn't make it. The dude flat out couldn't play in the NBA. Terrible game, poor outside shooter, poor defense, horrible decision-making, and turnover prone. In the opportunities he was given, he blew all of them.

You just compared Lowry to NBA champions and a Finals MVP, ouch.

Morey's right about Lowry's ability to draw fouls...I think that's really gonna help us out.

well to be fair he did not get a chance to blow them really. He "turned them over" to Rafer.

I might as well say it here. Just because I disagree with the trade does not mean I dislike Lowry. I see no problem with his game and he has surprised and impressed me. Good solid player and I hope he works out for us.

Most of the time I am always happy to see a move that is for the future, and did not want to trade our future for this season, but felt really disapointed to see this season's possibility be reduced for the future.

Unfortunately, unlike the Spurs and Celtics, none of our top players are hall of fame material.
