Khiry. They should go up big early and will run the ball often with him. Sucked for Rainey last night.
Should I trade Randall Cobb for Vincent Jaackson and Kelvin Benjamin? Cobb and Crabtreee are my 1 and I'm struggling for WR dept
You should be able to find someone on your waiver wire. Is Hawkins available? I'd rather have Cobb/Crabtree/WW than V.Jackson/Crabtree/Benjamin. However, I do think V.Jackson is a great buy-low candidate. With Glennon at QB, Jackson should be a target monster.
Thankss for the response.. Nope, Hawkins isnt.. Its a 14 team league so the waiver wire is pretty thin.
Pretty thin.. Hartline, Mike WIlliams, Stills, Kenny Britt, Andre HOlmes, Streater, Danarius Moore, Nate Washington, Danny Amendola.. yeah a bunch of scrubs.
Kenny Stills isn't a scrub, definitely worth a shot for their first home game. WRs pop up every week, and Cobb and Crabtree don't even share a bye week. You should only do the trade if you're scared Cobb is an injury risk, but you're not selling high enough on Cobb. Other waiver shots besides Stills that might not have been taken: Allen Robinson, Adams, Andre Roberts, Donnie Avery, Woods, Marvin Jones, Kearse/Baldwin/Lockette. There'll be somebody by weeks 5-7 that you can scoop up without having to deal with the headache of rostering and deciding when to start Vjax.
Ball or Vereen because of the risk of neither getting much run. Popular opinion was that Vereen was put in the doghouse after not fighting for a 1st down early vs MIN, so if you buy into that you'd think he would be re-involved in their gameplan today. Ball for obvious reasons. Forte and Bell are too integral to their offenses and can be used as receivers.
Ellington is more talented, but is playing SF d. I do expect to see Ellington used a lot in the screen game to get him out in space, however in a lower scoring game as this could be, he might not get a score. Bell is not a great back, but he does catch passes and Detroit is going to try to get that offense back on track, however you never really know what Bell is going to do from week to week. I can see how you think Bell and Ellington is a tossup, especially do to the machups, but my play here would be Ellington.
Should I start Alfred Blue with Arian out?! Risky call but I'm already down big because I'm playing against Matt Ryan and Julio. Matt Forte is my #1 and SJax got me 12 points on Thursday as RB2. Jordan Cameron or Antonio Gates? Keenan Allen or Cordarelle Patterson? Antonio Brown is my #1. Pick One for Flex: Woodhead, Fred Jackson, Sammy Watkins, Alfred Blue Standard scoring, non-PPR Thanks!
Pick 2 WRs: Cordarrelle Patterson vs. New Orleans Reggie Wayne vs. Jacksonville Sammy Watkins vs. San Diego Brandin Cooks vs. Minnesota Wes Welker vs. Seattle Also, for Flex. Gore vs. Arizona Ivory vs. Chicago or any of the above receivers that you don't pick above. This is not PPR. Thanks.
