    The title is a little confusing.

    Now, does anyone believe the Nets will win 10 games and avoid being labled as the worst team in NBA history?

    Do people still care about this?

    Is winning 10 games really that much better/important than holding the record?

    Either way it's a complete failure of a team and season

    well if they win 10 games its a failure but they can move on, if they don't they'll always be mentioned as the benchmark for futility, kind of like the 70s and 80s Bucs in football.

    If there was an award for MVP towards losing (different from the LVP who makes no significant contribution towards winning or losing), Yi Jianlian would be a prime candidate for that award.

    He's not that bad actually. I have him play PF with Yao on my NBA Live. They're unstoppable... and this is on SUPERSTAR mode.

    I'm not sure if people have noticed, but the Wizards, losers of 13 in a row, and the T-Wolves, losers of 14 in a row, are in full TANK MODE! :eek:

    Detroit is in proto-tank mode. They're losers of 6 in a row and 8 of their last 10.

    Yeah I don't understand the ppl that still want the Rockets to tank at this point in the season when you got a dozen+ teams well ahead in the race for the biggest loser.

    We can still move a little. We're in 13th now, and 3 games ahead of Chicago and New Orleans. They're tanking pretty hard themselves, but if we can out-tank them, we could pick as high as 11th.

    Probably because we're in the middle of the annual "Yi fade" in which he starts out the season playing well or ok aroudn December, maybe even into January, and then gets progressively worse as the season continues, limping across the finish line in April.
